This is a one level, two bedroom apartment perched on the edge of an ocean bluff overlooking the amazing and majestic Alutian Mountain Range including three of the tallest volcanoes in North America. Sit outside on the lawn and enjoy the beautiful views and take in everything that Alaska has to offer or head down to the Kenai River and do some Salmon fishing. You are not far from the Kenai Airport in case you want to take a day trip to see the bears.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Seventy-five percent (75.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 90 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Twenty-five percent (25.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 45 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 45 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
