This is an amazing cottage on a semi-private lake in Nikiski. You can fish for large and hungry fish right from the lakeshore in front of the cottage. This cottage offers a truly Alaskan experience in an amazing setting. A private drive, plenty of parking and a wood burning stove to keep warm in the evenings. Take your breakfast and first cup of coffee in the morning and enjoy from an amazing deck overlooking the beautiful waters of the lake, entertained by the fish jumping just off shore.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Seventy-five percent (75.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 90 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Twenty-five percent (25.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 45 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 45 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
