Here is an incredible and spacious one bedroom, two story suite at our lodge, that offers all the comforts of home. Just outside there is a beautiful grass courtyard with a hot tub and a huge fire pit with bench setting for a whole crew. Oh, by the way, we provide firewood. And all within one mile of the Kasilof River and the amazing Cohoe Beach. We can offer you breathtaking Alaskan views, world class fishing, and as we mentioned, all the comforts of home right here on the Kenai Peninsula.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Seventy-five percent (75.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 90 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Twenty-five percent (25.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 45 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 45 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Due to the short and unique rental season in Alaska, before booking, please take note of the cancellation policy. These may vary from what you are accustomed to. It is the responsibility of the renter to clearly understand the cancellation terms.
