This magnificent home is perched at the top of an amazing vantage point bend in the river overlooking the Kenai River in Sterling, Alaska. An amazing home with an even more amazing view of 180 degrees up and down the river. Bring the whole gang. Everyone will fit in this huge house right on the river. House contains 4 bedrooms and a loft that has 2 sets of bunk beds. This property offers great access to the river from our own private boardwalk. Fish from the privacy of your own back yard.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Seventy-five percent (75.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 90 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Twenty-five percent (25.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 45 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 45 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
