This 1st floor condo is spacious, super clean, and in a quiet park like setting at the end of a cul de sac with a large grass backyard, fire pit, and a great covered patio with a gas grill. Here you can feel privacy and seclusion yet be close to shopping, restaurants, and the Kenai River. There are 4 boat launches within 4 miles and Soldotna is 1 mile away. Located in the center of the Kenai Peninsula, this condo is just an hour from most anywhere our roads will take you. Note that even though on the 1st floor, there are 7 steps down into the condo.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Seventy-five percent (75.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 90 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Twenty-five percent (25.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 45 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 45 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Renter must be 25 years of age, provide a valid ID, and will be required to sign a Rental Agreement. Due to the short and unique rental season in Alaska, before booking, please take note of the cancellation policy. These may vary from what you are accustomed to. It is the responsibility of the renter to clearly understand the cancellation terms.
