You can enjoy your morning coffee overlooking the mountain range or just enjoy the sunset after a long day of fishing. This home is located just 55 minutes from the Homer Spit, 25 minutes from the Kasilof River, or 40 minutes to the Kenai River.
Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: Seventy-five percent (75.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 90 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Twenty-five percent (25.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 45 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 45 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
Renter must be 25 years of age, provide a valid ID, and will be required to sign a Rental Agreement.
